NiGoArtisans — Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NiGoArtisans’ website, social channels, communications, or by engaging our consultation, design, or execution services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2) Scope of Services

We provide interior decoration and related services including consultations, concept development, sourcing, procurement guidance, styling, and installation coordination. Specific deliverables, timelines, and exclusions are defined in the relevant proposal/quotation or service agreement.

3) Quotes & Proposals

All quotations are estimates based on current information and vendor pricing at the time of issue. Pricing, availability, and lead times may change until confirmed by invoice or purchase order. Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for the period indicated on the document or 14 days from the date of issue, whichever is specified.

4) Special Term (Cancellation After Quotation)

"Once quotation generated thn on cancelliotion of any quoted service there will be a charge of 50% of the item quoted price".

For clarity, this means that after NiGoArtisans issues a quotation, canceling any quoted item or service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of that item’s quoted price, in addition to any third-party costs already committed or non-refundable vendor charges, if applicable.

5) Payments & Invoices

Deposits, stage payments, and final balances are due as specified in the invoice or agreement. Late payments may attract administrative and interest charges as permitted by applicable law. Orders, procurement, and scheduling may pause until payments clear.

6) Changes, Rescheduling & Client Delays

Client-requested changes after approval may alter pricing and timelines. Rescheduling or site unavailability may incur additional fees for revisit, storage, or re-delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by client actions, force majeure, or third-party vendors.

7) Third-Party Vendors & Materials

Where we recommend or coordinate third-party vendors, manufacturers, or contractors, their warranties and terms apply in addition to these Terms. Lead times, finishes, dye lots, and natural variations are subject to vendor and material tolerances.

8) Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities

Client will provide accurate measurements, access, necessary permissions, utilities, and safe working conditions. Any remediation for unforeseen conditions (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing) is out of scope unless explicitly included in a change order.

9) Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, mood boards, photos, and written materials created by NiGoArtisans remain our intellectual property unless otherwise assigned in writing. Client receives a non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for the project and location specified.

10) Marketing & Portfolio

NiGoArtisans may photograph or video completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes while respecting reasonable privacy requests. Client agrees to grant access for such documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing before final styling.

11) Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, NiGoArtisans disclaims all other warranties, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiGoArtisans’ total aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the fees actually paid by the client for the portion of Services giving rise to the claim.

13) Privacy

We collect and process personal information as necessary to deliver the Services, communicate with clients, and comply with legal obligations. Additional details may be provided in our Privacy Notice, where applicable.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NiGoArtisans primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations; if unresolved, they may be submitted to mediation or arbitration where permitted by law of Faridabad Jurisdiction

15) Changes to Terms

NiGoArtisans may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply to new engagements or as otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
